He is professionally qualified young emerging personnel who is trying to get Costract International over the horizon. Having international construction experience more than ten years enhance the company’s strength and stability. Tharindu got involved throughout his career on many land mark projects in various countries such as Sri Lanka, Maldives, Saudi Arabia, Doha Qatar and Azerbaijan. With his extensive vision, company starts to move forward with the concept of 360-degree view on construction industry. He believes this is the century of entrepreneurs.

Fuad is the Business Development Director of Costract International and he is the one of co-founders of the Company. He is a young, highly qualified and talented business professional with vast knowledge and experience in International Economics and Real Estate Industry. Being the motivational factor in the company his moto is to bring Costract International to one of the leading Construction Consultancy company in the World.

Rajika is the Facilities Management Director of Costract International. She is specifically qualified in Facilities Management and Project Management. Her experience enhanced the strength of the company’s concept on 360-degree view on construction industry where Inception to feasibility process being extended beyond the practical completion on construction and hand over. Where her responsibility is to taken care of all matters related to the testing commissioning and handing over of the construction projects and keep an eye on post occupancy of the project. Rajika’s role is vital in the long run where Costract International will be responsible for whole life cycle of the building in the long run.

Buddhini is the Commercial Director of the Costract International. She is a full Corporate Member of Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors in United Kingdom.  And specialised in Quantity Surveying, Arbitration and Contracts Administration. Her skills and abilities lift Costract International to entirely a different level where our organization are operating as Charted Quantity Surveying entity in world wide. She is academically and professionally qualified well experience professional who has wide range of experience under various prestigious multinational companies based in UAE, Doha Qatar & Sri Lanka. She is responsible for Contract Administration and overall Cost Management function of Costract international and utilises her skills to drive Costract International to the excellency.

Bandula is the Projects Director of the Costract International. He is the most experience professional within the company where having more than 35 years of international experience in Construction industry under various land mark projects under difference disciplines such as High-rise buildings, shopping malls, hotels, highways, international air ports and the like. He is the key personnel of the company where his extensive knowledge and enormous experience become a significant factor in achieving company vision and missions.

Amila is the Electro Mechanical Consultant of the Costract International. Having graduated in mechatronics and mastered in Mechanical Engineering, Amila advanced his career in various MEP roles in different industries such as residential, manufacturing, hydro power plants, charcoal power plants, various industrial and the like. He becomes the most technical skilled person with in the team where responsible for all aspects of MEP works. Amilaempowers the company strategy of 360 – Degree view in construction industry.

Asanka is the Commercial Manager of the Costract International. He is a specialised and experienced professional in Quantity Surveying. And certified corporate member of Australian Institute of Quantity Surveying, where he utilises his strengths to boost the company objectives in the long run. Asanka is key member of the team where he holds sole responsibility of the Quantity Surveying services provide by Costract International and oversee all Quantity Surveying functions in the Company.
